1. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

Copyright: All images produced by “BY KAMERON B®” are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these images is prohibited without prior written consent from “BY KAMERON B®”.You’re free to share them for personal use, but alterations of the images and/or use of them for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Artistic License: “BY KAMERON B®” retains the right to artistic interpretation and creative decision-making in all projects. Clients understand that the final product may vary from initial expectations based on the artist's vision and expertise.

2. BOOKING POLICY

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your session.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If the session is canceled within this time frame, the deposit may be applied to a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

3. image delivery

Turnaround Time: Images will be delivered within 1-3 weeks after the session. This timeframe may vary based on the complexity of the project.

Delivery Format: Images will be delivered via online gallery. Physical prints are available upon request for an additional fee.

4. payment policy

Payment Due: Full payment is due on the day of the session. BY KAMERON B® accepts CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle. If none of these methods work for your party please contact prior to arrange payment.

Late Payments: Payments not received within 12 hours of the session date will incur a late fee of 10% per week until paid in full.Images will be withheld until payment is received in full.

5. Model & image Release

Consent to Use Images: By booking with BY KAMERON B®, clients grant permission for their images to be used in the photographer's portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials. Clients who do not wish to have their images used must provide written notice before the session.

Minors: For clients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign a model release form.

6. liability

Damage to Equipment: Clients are responsible for any damage to BY KAMERON B® equipment caused by negligence or misuse during the session.

Personal Injury: BY KAMERON B® is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the photo session. Clients are advised to follow all safety instructions provided by the photographer.

7. Client Responsibilities:

Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session. Sessions that start late due to client tardiness may result in reduced shooting time.

Outfits and Props: Clients are responsible for providing their own outfits and props unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Refund policy:

No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of photography services, all sales are final. However, BY KAMERON B® is committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues that arise.

9. privacy policy

Client Information: BY KAMERON B® respects client privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent. All client information is kept confidential and secure.

10. Force Majeure

Unforeseen Circumstances: BY KAMERON B® is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, illness, or other events beyond control. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

11. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE*

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. All other terms shall remain in full force and effect, and any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that reflects the original intent to the greatest extent permissible by law. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree that these provisions are non-negotiable and enforceable in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
